The Golden Ticket
Under Article 21A of the Constitution, education became a Fundamental Right. Every child gets a "Golden Ticket" to attend school for free, and the government MUST provide it.

2. The School Standards (The Hard Numbers)

3. The 4 Big "NOs" (Strictly Prohibited)
No Corporal Punishment
No physical beating or mental harassment whatsoever.
No Capitation Fees
Schools cannot charge "donations" for admitting a child.
No Screening
No admission tests or interviews for the child OR the parents.
No Private Tuition
Government teachers are banned from running private tuition centers.
The Pedagogy "Teacher Rule"
A teacher should: Admit a child who has never been to school directly into an age-appropriate class (e.g., an 8-year-old goes to Class 3, not Class 1) and provide special training to help them catch up.
A teacher should NEVER: Deny admission to a child because they do not have a birth certificate, transfer certificate, or Aadhaar card. Lack of documents can never stop a child's education.
